“It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”

“I love the deconstruction of the genre! It's definitely a bit darker and more mature than what you might find on Crunchyroll and delves a lot deeper into the themes of choice and self-determination”

The world building is excellent and Ka'ua's ability to set the scene with vivid descriptions of landscapes, environments and individuals pulls you write into the world they've built. The dialogue between characters is well thought out and relatable, especially Ewan and the way he responds to the challenges that he faces throughout his journey.

A fun take on the isekai genre sort of mashed with dark fantasy, A New World For You starts off with a bang. Technically, several bangs. This kicks off an impossible quest to free a world that is not his own, filled with monsters, gods, magic, and danger around every corner. Fans of anime, video games, and LitRPG will be right at home with many of the tropes and references, though Lara always puts his own unique spin on things.

Immediately this book felt like reading a Murakami novel with the thoughtful way each detail was described in this book. A New World for You is the type of book for me that is impossible to put down.
